This is the Moment for Dems

This is the chance to shine a light on the differences between the two parties

At last, this is a moment of hope for the Democratic Party. This moment is profoundly sad, but it is also the moment for the Democrats to come out strong and to take a stand.

I am incredibly sad for President Joe Biden. I am also extremely grateful to him. At a time as dangerous as this one, it is vital for us to feel a sense of hope, and the President has given me that hope.

This morning I woke up with a sense of dread. What horrors would the news bring me today? How much more helpless could I feel and how much more fear could I handle between today and November 5? It felt like the universe was solidly behind Donald Trump and the radicals around him. And that it had completely turned away from President Biden and the Democrats, who seemed like deer in the headlights.

But now I find myself energized again. I think that the Democrats finally have a clear path forward and a number of very obvious points to make.

If the Democrats can take the reins in hand and move quickly and forcefully, they can focus the rest of the campaign on the glaring differences between the two parties.
