I agree with a great deal of what you're saying. I agree that it is a small minority of each "team" that is driving the rage, along with a delighted media which is happy to fan the flames in order to increase ratings.

The point of my article, however, is to point out the ridiculous immaturity of those (especially those in Congress) who have embraced the chant with such gleeful pleasure. It was about the "tee-hee" factor, which I find disgusting.
